About The Position

The Staging Operator at LayerZero Power Systems LLC. coordinates and prepares materials and components for production, ensuring they are organized and ready for use. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site position in Aurora, Ohio, on the 1st shift.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Basic knowledge of standard hand tools, such as drills, wrenches, and screwdrivers.
Basic computer skills, including using a web browser and email.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in staging, material handling, or warehouse operations.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and types of materials and components.
Technical or trade school education.

Responsibilities

Follow 3D models to install final parts, such as cover panels and labels, on power cabinets.
Use standard hand tools, including drills, wrenches, and screwdrivers, to complete assigned tasks.
Sort and stage material for the final packaging station.
Assemble wood pallets as required.
Verify that received materials and components match the provided specifications.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized staging area.
Assist with other material-handling and inventory-control tasks as needed.
