About The Position

This is a stage (internship) position focused on digital transformation, specifically in the Fall of 2026. The role offers direct experience in industrial digitalization projects, practical exposure to AI applications in operations and manufacturing, and insight into how cross-functional teams collaborate on large-scale systems like PLM/MES. Interns will learn methods for structuring, monitoring, and communicating in agile or hybrid project environments, with the opportunity to propose and prototype their own ideas within a structured, innovation-driven team.

Requirements

• Be eligible to work in Canada.
• Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
• Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired.
• Pursuing studies in Business Management, AI/Data Science, Industrial Engineering, aerospace engineering or related field.
• Interest in manufacturing systems, digital operations, or smart factories.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, or Power BI.
• Basic understanding of PLM or MES is a plus.
• Process and result driven.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CAD, Python, SQL, or AI/ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support the follow-up of PLM and/or MES implementation projects.
• Assist in tracking progress, risks, and key milestones in ongoing digital transformation programs.
• Explore AI use cases in MES/PLM environments.
• Contribute to project management by preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards.
• Benchmark emerging tools and technologies.
