Your contribution to the Industrial Management team will allow you to discover the various functions associated with the development of new engine programs as well as the associated processes. You will be called upon to support the production readiness organization.

Requirements

  • Be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
  • Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
  • Pursue studies in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Physics Engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills in French (spoken/written).
  • Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and varying priorities.
  • Project management skills.
  • Skills in written communication and power point presentations.
  • Knowledge of VBA programming and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Autonomy.
  • Working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

Nice To Haves

  • English is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Knowledge of process reengineering and performance indicators.

Responsibilities

  • Documenting the processes and performance indicators.
  • Programming interfaces (PBI, Excel, Access) in connection with the processes and KPIs.
  • Re-organizing the data management structure of the organization.
  • Automate certain tasks (SAP, Excel and Microsoft Power BI links, Access, etc.).
