Requirements

  • Be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
  • Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Support the alignment, coordination, and consolidation of projects and activities managed by the team of Executive Assistants.
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and the creation of business analytics reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Help organize and coordinate meetings, events, and other business-related activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and workflow.
  • Perform administrative tasks and provide logistical support as needed.
  • Take on special projects, reports, or presentations as assigned, offering insights into high-level operations within a global headquarters.
