Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, inside sales, or operations
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong sales and recruiting skills, including negotiation and objection handling
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and act on insights
  • Proven ability to build and scale repeatable processes
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
  • Effective communicator who collaborates well across teams
  • Highly organized, self-sufficient, and accountable

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7–10 Coverage Specialists in a high-volume environment
  • Drive performance against key metrics including fill rate, margin, and coverage success
  • Translate recruiting and sales strategies into repeatable team processes
  • Set clear goals (OKRs) and track individual and team performance
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps, and take action
  • Manage escalations with sound judgment and a solutions-focused approach
  • Partner with Sales and Operations to align on staffing priorities and client needs
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase speed, quality, and efficiency
  • Maintain oversight of cancellations, coverage gaps, and approval workflows
