Requirements

2–4 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, inside sales, or operations
Experience leading or mentoring team members in a performance-driven environment
Strong sales and recruiting skills, including negotiation and objection handling
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and act on insights
Proven ability to build and scale repeatable processes
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
Effective communicator who collaborates well across teams
Highly organized, self-sufficient, and accountable

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7–10 Coverage Specialists in a high-volume environment
Drive performance against key metrics including fill rate, margin, and coverage success
Translate recruiting and sales strategies into repeatable team processes
Set clear goals (OKRs) and track individual and team performance
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps, and take action
Manage escalations with sound judgment and a solutions-focused approach
Partner with Sales and Operations to align on staffing priorities and client needs
Identify and implement process improvements to increase speed, quality, and efficiency
Maintain oversight of cancellations, coverage gaps, and approval workflows
