About The Position

The Staffing Manager develops and supports a team of staffing professionals through daily mentoring, coaching, and direction. Working with the Branch Manager, this role helps set client bill and pay rates, manage job orders, meet branch goals, and oversee branch performance. The Staffing Manager also works as a recruiter and is responsible for achieving recruiting KPIs while ensuring the team follows PeopleShare processes and meets its performance targets. The role leads daily staff meetings, provides formal coaching and development plans for recruiting team members, and works with Corporate Trainers to reinforce processes. The Staffing Manager provides outstanding client service, accompanies the Branch Manager on client visits when directed, and acts as Branch Manager in their absence. The role also runs reports and reviews branch analytics and the P&L in conjunction with the Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

Develop staffing professionals through daily mentoring and coaching.
Work with the Branch Manager to determine client bill and pay rates.
Manage and prioritize daily job orders.
Lead daily staff meetings and direct recruiters on day-to-day responsibilities.
Act as Branch Manager in the Branch Manager’s absence.
Provide outstanding client service.
Ensure the recruiting team follows PeopleShare processes and meets KPIs.
Work with Corporate Trainers to reinforce PeopleShare processes, using branch status reviews and helping create development plans.
Accompany the Branch Manager on visits to new and existing clients as directed.
Provide formal coaching and create development plans for each recruiting team member.
Work with the Branch Manager to meet and exceed branch goals and expectations.
Recruit and achieve recruiting KPIs.
Run reports, oversee the P&L with the Branch Manager, and review detailed analytics on branch performance.
