About The Position
The Pavilion Behavioral Health System is a behavioral health and addictions treatment provider located in Champaign, Illinois, serving children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults. The PRN Staffing Coordinator performs scheduling and staffing functions for the hospital’s Nursing Services and ensures the facility is properly staffed at all times. The role creates monthly and daily schedules for Nursing Services staff, including nurses and Mental Health Associates, and performs other clerical duties for the Director of Nursing.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of healthcare experience preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Experience in a psychiatric hospital setting as a Mental Health Tech working with children, adolescents, and/or adults preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduling and staffing functions for Nursing Services.
- Ensure the facility is properly staffed at all times.
- Create monthly and daily schedules for Nursing Services staff, including nurses and Mental Health Associates.
- Perform other clerical duties for the Director of Nursing.
