Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in business, health administration or related field required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated competency in computer and related software, including Word and Excel required.
  • Ability to work under tight time constraints, handle high stress and changing priorities.
  • Valid drivers’ license and insurance required.
  • Commitment to supporting a safe and respectful environment is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with health care staffing and operational metrics preferred.
  • experience with electronic health record is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with operational leadership in creating and editing staff schedules.
  • Works with department supervisor(s) to support time off requests.
  • Coordinates with Clinic Administrators to ensure effective communication and patient access.
  • Manages timesheets for all staff in assigned service lines.
  • Creates and maintains positive staff relations, communication, effective care, and a focus on CHAS Health’s mission.
  • Updates appropriate staffing software for clinic departments.
  • Builds and applies templates for clinical staff in assigned service lines.
  • Provides planned and same day coordination of staffing resources for assigned service lines.
  • Maintains records and statistics to improve continuity and increase efficiency.
  • Ensures timely decision making by evaluating systemwide resources and access.
  • Completes a variety of assignments simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Performs other duties assigned, including supporting the CHAS Health Mission and Core Values.
