About The Position
Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join their team at Vibra Hospital of Northern California in Redding, CA. This hospital is a 50-bed Critical Care Hospital and a 32-bed SNF providing long-term acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. The role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly environment where staff can get to know patients and their families.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in scheduling and time and attendance tracking required.
- Minimum of one (1) previous administrative experience in a healthcare environment required.

Responsibilities
- Coordination of all unit staffing plans.
- Participation in the assessment of staffing needs.
- Scheduling nursing personnel hours.
- Adjusting staffing as required.
- Calling in replacement personnel at the discretion of nursing leadership.
- Assisting with various human resources forms and processes, including status changes, new hire forms, requisitions, arranging follow-up interviews with applicants, and tracking evaluations and absences.
- Performing timecard edits and running appropriate time and attendance reports.
