As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our office—connecting caregivers to clients who rely on us every single day. Requirements

• Experience in scheduling, staffing, or healthcare coordination (home care preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Comfortable with technology, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office
• A compassionate, client-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Own the daily staffing puzzle—matching caregivers to clients efficiently and compassionately
• Be the go-to problem solver for call-outs, last-minute changes, and urgent needs
• Build strong relationships with caregivers and clients to ensure consistency and trust
• Keep schedules accurate, organized, and up to date
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and caregiver engagement efforts
• Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality, dependable care
• Participate in an on-call rotation (with additional pay)
