Staffing Coordinator Workforce Specialist

About The Position
The Staffing Coord-Workforce Specialist maximizes MultiCare’s labor resource efficiency throughout the staffing cycle: from creating schedules, to proactively filling open shifts, to accurately placing scheduled staff. The role coordinates scheduled staff to match staffing levels with the most appropriate available resources, supporting quality patient care and responsible stewardship.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and additional experience.
- Minimum two years of experience with staffing and attendance management in a scheduling system.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Kronos is preferred.
- Previous experience in health care staffing and scheduling is preferred.
