About The Position

Responsible for the administrative aspects of the Computer Assisted Interviewing Process, including scheduling, interviewing, and follow up with all candidates, ensuring compliance with program requirements, and maintaining contact with the Recruitment Department. This role also involves conducting New Hire orientation, completing and following up on all new hire paperwork, and managing the administrative aspects of the Computer Based Training Process. The Staffing Clerk will communicate with the Management team to address staffing needs, conduct post-hire follow-up surveys, track diversity initiatives and retention issues, and perform exit interviews. Maintaining a neat and organized workstation according to 5S standards is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

  • Presentation skills.
  • At least 6 months of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service.
  • Conduct New Hire orientation and complete/follow up on new hire paperwork.
  • Manage the administrative aspects of the Computer Assisted Interviewing Process, including scheduling, interviewing, and follow-up with candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with program requirements for interviewing and training.
  • Maintain contact with the Recruitment and Training Departments.
  • Manage the administrative aspects of the Computer Based Training Process, including scheduling and follow-up with trainees.
  • Communicate with the Management team to address current staffing needs.
  • Conduct post-hire follow-up surveys with new associates.
  • Track diversity initiatives and retention issues for communication with HR Specialist.
  • Conduct exit interviews with terminating associates.
  • Process termination paperwork on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
