Responsible for the administrative aspects of the Computer Assisted Interviewing Process, including scheduling, interviewing, and follow up with all candidates, ensuring compliance with program requirements, and maintaining contact with the Recruitment Department. This role also involves conducting New Hire orientation, completing and following up on all new hire paperwork, and managing the administrative aspects of the Computer Based Training Process. The Staffing Clerk will communicate with the Management team to address current staffing needs, conduct post-hire follow-up surveys, track diversity initiatives and retention issues, and perform exit interviews. Maintaining a neat and organized workstation according to 5S standards is also a key responsibility.
