The Staffing Associate for Nursing Administration is responsible for ensuring adequate staff on the units. Additionally, they will answer & screen telephone calls, meet with patients and/or patient’s family to obtain private duty nurses/companion, help keep the entire team informed of critical and ongoing matters. The Staffing Assistant will also manage employee files to ensure that licensure and credentials are up-to-date. In this role, you will support the nursing leadership team in effectively and efficiently managing the success of the department. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Basic knowledge of computer applications

Nice To Haves

Two to three years of related payroll or timekeeping experience

Responsibilities

Ensuring adequate staff on the units.
Answering & screening telephone calls.
Meeting with patients and/or patient’s family to obtain private duty nurses/companion.
Keeping the entire team informed of critical and ongoing matters.
