About The Position

Helping Hearts Senior Care is seeking an organized, reliable, and sharp Staffing & Scheduling Coordinator to join our Tuscaloosa office team at $14.00 per hour. In this role, you will be the logistical backbone of our local operations—matching our incredible in-home caregivers with the seniors and families who need them most. Requirements

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multi-screen scheduling databases, spreadsheets, and messaging platforms.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in medical scheduling, dispatching, high-volume customer service, or hospitality management is a major plus!

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize daily scheduling grids for our care staff using our scheduling software.
Act as the primary point of contact for caregiver schedule changes, client adjustments, and shift call-outs.
Problem-solve scheduling gaps quickly and efficiently to ensure seamless coverage for our seniors.
Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication with caregivers and client families via phone and text.
Assist the office team with basic administrative tasks, compliance tracking, and data entry.
