Sr. Staffing Administrators are key candidate-facing members of the field teams, involved in both execution and decision-making. They are responsible for ensuring candidates and stakeholders experience high levels of Customer Obsession in a high-volume hiring environment. This role supports staffing project initiatives, daily assignments, and general task completion. It's a multi-purpose role focused on candidate engagement and optimization within a defined geography (node). The Sr. Staffing Administrator will tactically develop and deliver community engagement plans, support labor demand plans for multiple sites, and execute candidate engagement activities. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with a passion for process improvement, candidate experience, and onboarding. This role operates within an innovative, fast-paced team environment, requiring flexible schedules, shifts, and areas, including evenings.
