(USA) Staff, Technology Operations

Walmart•Bentonville, AR

About The Position

The Staff, Technology Operations role leads complex, high-priority opportunities to improve customer experience and fulfillment-network performance. It uses rigorous analysis to explain changes in customer access, speed, promise, volume, and cost; identify root causes and high-value opportunities; and translate insights into clear recommendations. The role aligns Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Strategy on trade-offs, plans, and accountability, then drives implementation toward sustained, measurable results. Success requires strategic thinking, strong supply-chain analytics, executive communication, and the ability to influence without direct authority. The role is part of the Network Performance & Orchestration team, which explains fulfillment-network performance and mobilizes the enterprise to improve it. The team identifies drivers of customer access, delivery speed and promise, volume flow, capacity, service, and cost, and turns insights into actions and measurable results. It sets direction for speed execution, evaluates network and asset changes, and strengthens peak readiness. Partners include Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Merchandising, Stores, Fulfillment Centers, Last Mile, Transportation, and Strategy.
