About The Position

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to join its team in El Segundo, California. The role requires the ability to obtain or maintain a U.S. Government Secret or higher clearance and to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable amount of time, as determined by business needs. Travel is 25% of the time, and relocation assistance may be available.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and 12 years of related engineering experience, or a master's degree in a STEM discipline and 10 years of related engineering experience. The primary salary range is $177,000 to $265,600. Depending on the position, employees may also be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and 12 years of related engineering experience, or a master's degree in a STEM discipline and 10 years of related engineering experience.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a U.S. Government Secret or higher clearance, with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or current enrollment in Continuous Evaluation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable amount of time, as determined by business needs.
