About The Position

The (USA) Staff, Software Engineer plays a critical role in delivering scalable platform capabilities and driving the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. This position leads technical execution aligned with strategic roadmaps, mentors engineering teams, and fosters continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and innovation. The role requires expertise in cloud-native architectures, AI/ML integration, and software design patterns to build resilient, modular solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders ensures alignment with business objectives while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and operational excellence. Our team operates at the intersection of software engineering, data, AI systems, and rapid experimentation. We develop platforms that enable intelligent automation at scale, including agent orchestration and customer-facing AI solutions. Requirements

  • Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
  • Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver maintainable and modular solutions.
  • Experience with full software development lifecycle ownership, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
  • Skilled in JavaScript and related frameworks such as React JSX, Redux-Saga, and React Native for front-end and mobile application development.
  • Ability to lead design reviews and apply data-driven decision making to optimize engineering outcomes.
  • Demonstrated capability in DevOps engineering and remedial action to enhance platform reliability and developer productivity.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

  • Lead system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural standards.
  • Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components and automation features.
  • Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and track success metrics.
  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and products through innovation and feedback integration.
