About The Position

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable platform capabilities, including infrastructure, tooling, and AI/ML frameworks. This role requires ownership of the full software lifecycle, ensuring quality through system design reviews and continuous improvement. You will collaborate across teams to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, mentor engineering talent, and drive technical excellence. Your expertise in cloud-native architecture and data-driven decision-making will support innovation and operational efficiency, contributing to the delivery of robust, maintainable, and high-impact software solutions aligned with business objectives. Requirements

  • Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
  • Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver maintainable and modular solutions.
  • Experience driving full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
  • Ability to integrate AI/ML components and develop intelligent automation using languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership with mentorship skills and sound technical judgment for architectural decisions.
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities to define metrics and optimize engineering processes.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area
