About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to build scalable and resilient systems.
  • Strong experience in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to ensure maintainable and modular solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
  • Proficiency in DevOps engineering practices to enhance infrastructure, tooling, and developer productivity.
  • Skilled in data-driven decision making to define metrics, optimize processes, and deliver engineering excellence.
  • Effective technical leadership and mentorship capabilities to guide teams and influence architectural decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • OR 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 years' experience in software engineering
