About The Position

Requirements
- Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to build scalable and resilient systems.
- Strong experience in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to ensure maintainable and modular solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
- Proficiency in DevOps engineering practices to enhance infrastructure, tooling, and developer productivity.
- Skilled in data-driven decision making to define metrics, optimize processes, and deliver engineering excellence.
- Effective technical leadership and mentorship capabilities to guide teams and influence architectural decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- OR 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 years' experience in software engineering

- Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.
- Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
- Conduct system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with project goals and best practices.
- Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components and automation features.
- Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and track success metrics.
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and products through innovation and feedback integration.
