  • Experience integrating automated test scripts and suites into CI/CD pipelines for scalable, reliable, continuous validation.
  • Proficiency in vehicle communication protocols, including Automotive Ethernet, CAN/CAN-FD, LIN, and ISO-14229 Diagnostics Standards.
  • Experience validating low-level embedded software, including bootloaders, communication stacks, and diagnostic services.
  • Ability to translate requirements into hardware- and software-based test cases and convert manual tests into scalable, maintainable automation.
  • Ability to interpret PCB schematics and diagnose complex issues across software, hardware, and test environments.
  • 10 or more years of relevant industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree or higher education.
  • Extensive automotive testing experience.
  • Experience with CAN, Ethernet, and LIN debugging or testing using Vector CANoe and similar tools.
  • Familiarity with automation using Jenkins, Git (GitLab), and Python.
  • Vehicle-level testing and debugging experience.
  • Hands-on experience testing Automotive Ethernet time synchronization using Precision Time Protocol (PTP) with IEEE 802.1AS or IEEE 1588 requirements.
  • Hands-on experience using Raspberry Pi platforms to develop, integrate, and execute hardware-based test automation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end test development, execution, release tracking, test reporting, and defect management.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing cross-functional tickets to support timely resolution and clear stakeholder communication.
  • Lead integration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of test benches, including new hardware bring-up, configuration, setup updates, bench tracking, troubleshooting, and resolution of hardware- and bench-related issues.
  • Develop and enhance test software, tools, and scripts to automate testing, improve efficiency, and optimize validation environments.
  • Contribute to test code design and code reviews, promoting quality, maintainability, and robust engineering practices.
