About The Position

The Staff Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the planning and scheduling of staff resources to meet clinical trial activity needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Good Communication (French and English for Montreal location)
  • Detail oriented, well organized, customer service focused
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • college degree and related work experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review study protocols and develop scheduling plans based off clinical trial activity needs.
  • Ensure the review and approval of scheduling plans
  • Proactively solve and/or escalate planning and scheduling constraints.
  • Maintain a continuous line of communication with clinical operations teams on the progression of clinical trial scheduling.
  • Collaborate with training teams to schedule trainees with trainers on clinical activity tasks.
  • Provide clinical trial staffing schedules to clinical operations teams in a time efficient manner.
  • May communicate with placement agencies in order to schedule contract employees.
  • Track staff availability and schedule staff appropriately.
  • Complete and/or maintain training as required per jobs needs.
  • Perform general administrative tasks when required.
