About The Position

This position provides general nursing care to patients and families throughout the health-illness continuum in diverse health care settings while collaborating with the health care team. The nurse is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing. In this High Reliability Organization, the role requires a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse credential through the Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).
• 0 years of experience listed.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments as applicable to the patient population or individual.
• Document planned nursing interventions based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs.
• Evaluate and document responses to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriate intervals; work with the multidisciplinary team to revise the plan of care based on evaluative data.
• Participate actively in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Perform operations responsibilities.
• Focus on safety, quality, and efficiency when performing job duties.
