STAFF RN LEAD URGENT CARE CP, FCP - MOORLAND URGENT CARE (2028696003)
About The Position
The Staff RN Lead Urgent Care assists the Department Manager with implementing, delivering, coordinating, and supervising services provided by team members in accordance with Froedtert & Medical College policies and procedures. The role primarily provides direct staffing support, with some administrative initiatives. The position is responsible for clinical, technical, and/or support services and competencies and serves as the primary mentor and educator to team members. The role is based onsite at the CP-Moorland Reserve Health Center in New Berlin, Wisconsin. It is a 1.0 FTE position with 40 standard hours per week, working a combination of 12-hour and 8-hour shifts. Holiday coverage is rotational, and weekend coverage is every fifth weekend.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an ambulatory care or inpatient setting.
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Maintain clinical and technical competencies.
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-State Nursing License from a participating Nursing Licensure Compact state.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification, or an AHA-approved equivalent, required within 90 days of hire.
