About The Position

EvenUp is seeking a Staff Revenue Operations Manager to shape revenue planning and help the company achieve its growth targets. The role owns the bottoms-up revenue model that connects company goals to operating assumptions across Sales and the broader go-to-market organization. The manager will work closely with Revenue Operations and GTM leadership on annual and quarterly plans, revenue performance analysis, and strategic decisions about sales capacity, quotas, territories, and resource allocation. This highly analytical position combines strong modeling skills with the ability to turn complex business questions into clear recommendations. Title and compensation will be determined based on candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Planning & Analytics, GTM Strategy & Planning, Strategic Finance, Sales Finance, Revenue Operations, or a related function.
  • Experience ideally gained at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience building and owning a bottoms-up revenue forecast, sales capacity model, or comparable operating model.
  • Understanding of how pipeline, win rates, deal size, quota attainment, ramp time, churn, and expansion assumptions translate into business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including building models from scratch, evaluating scenarios, pressure-testing assumptions, and structuring complex business analyses.
  • Comfort working with large datasets and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Understanding of revenue growth drivers in a recurring-revenue business and how sales capacity, territory design, segmentation, quotas, and productivity affect performance.
  • Ability to identify the right questions to investigate and develop recommendations for planning, resource allocation, and GTM strategy.
  • Clear communication and cross-functional partnership skills, including the ability to work with senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions, align on plans, and influence decisions without formal authority.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-growing environment, manage ambiguous problems, and build planning models and processes that can evolve as the business scales.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain EvenUp’s bottoms-up GTM model, connecting revenue targets to pipeline, win rates, deal size, quota attainment, sales capacity, ramp time, churn, and expansion.
  • Translate company-level growth targets into detailed operating assumptions and forecasts.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and GTM leadership to develop annual and quarterly plans, assess headcount, productivity, conversion, and retention needs, and identify assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead strategic analyses of GTM resource allocation, territory design, customer segmentation, quota setting, capacity planning, and sales productivity; provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Analyze actual performance against plan, identify drivers of variances, and assess implications for future results.
  • Build scenarios and sensitivities to help leadership understand potential outcomes and determine where adjustments are needed.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to Revenue Operations and functional leaders, communicating insights and recommendations and helping pressure-test assumptions and evaluate investment decisions.
  • Improve planning models, assumptions, and analytical methods, collaborating with Finance, Data, and other cross-functional teams to ensure plans use reliable data and reflect how the GTM organization operates.

Benefits

  • Choice of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for employees and their families.
  • Additional life, accident, or critical illness insurance coverage options.
  • Flexible paid time off and sick leave.
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • 10 observed US holidays and Canadian statutory holidays by province.
  • Home office stipend.
  • 401(k) for US-based employees and RRSP for Canada-based employees.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Local in-person meet-up program.
