We are expanding rapidly and seeking to onboard top talent to contribute to our next phase of growth. POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a Staff Recruiter to join EarnIn's Talent Acquisition team. This role offers the opportunity to partner directly with leadership in building an AI-Native center of excellence within Talent Acquisition. This function will integrate AI tools and workflows into all aspects of the hiring process. The demand for specialized experience has increased, making this role crucial for shaping our hiring strategies in an AI-native world. It's an opportunity to build a leading center of excellence for AI talent acquisition and potentially grow into broader leadership roles. This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter ready for the challenge of influencing hiring practices at a high-growth tech company. You will be expected to lead by example, mentor colleagues, and bring structure, clarity, and strategic thinking to your work. Key responsibilities include driving hiring productivity for critical roles, contributing to strategy, managing stakeholders, and executing programmatic initiatives. The base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000-$254,000, plus equity and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This is a hybrid position based in our Mountain View (Headquarters), requiring two days of in-office work per week.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment or a high-growth tech company/startup
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for AI, ML, Data Science, or adjacent technical functions
  • Track record of managing a complex, high-volume hiring portfolio across multiple functions simultaneously while developing strategic sourcing strategies
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading peers, formally or informally
  • Hands-on experience with AI sourcing, recruiting tools, third-party tools, and some type of ATS
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • A data-driven mindset
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong offer negotiation and decision-making skills

  • Experience hiring for global markets is a plus
  • Experience hiring for marketing roles is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own a complex, global, cross-functional requisition portfolio spanning technical (Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Platform, etc.) and non-technical (G&A, Product, Marketing, Operations, etc.) functions
  • Source and engage candidates for various roles, including those at the intersection of AI, product, and engineering
  • Partner with hiring managers as a strategic thought partner, managing expectations, assessing/adjusting candidate pipelines, and driving alignment on role strategy
  • Contribute to building a best-in-class Talent Acquisition team by mentoring junior recruiters, providing feedback on processes and tools, and covering roles during leaves or transitions
  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill and strategic roles, prioritizing quality hires efficiently
  • Lead the adoption of AI fluency in hiring within the team, stay current on the competitive talent landscape, and articulate EarnIn's technical roadmap to candidates
  • Manage stakeholders effectively, building strong relationships with executives and talent
  • Leverage recruiting systems and data to drive decisions
  • Build, refine, and iterate on recruiting processes
