Requirements

  • BS in Human Resources or equivalent field
  • 2 – 4 years of related experience

Responsibilities

  • Utilize sourcing tools such as the internet, various job boards, referrals, and professional networking sites effectively to search for quality passive candidates
  • Cold calling and pre-screening active and passive candidates to determine correct fit for open positions
  • Conduct on-site office visits to gain understanding of the local office culture and personnel
  • Research and attend local networking, engineering organization, and career fair events when appropriate
  • Build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis to understand local office current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct initial interviews to obtain specific work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications and/or needs of applicants
  • Review open job posting within certain regions to match applicants with job requirements
  • Guide hiring managers in the effective use of the recruiting techniques established in the Technician Recruiting Guidebook
  • Utilize the ATS to process, manage, and communicate with all applicants
  • Input and manage passive candidate data in iCIMS in adherence with OFCCP
  • Practice and implement recruiting best practices in all talent acquisition initiatives and activities
  • Maintain current knowledge on OFCCP regulations and implement such in day-today activities
  • Maintain communication with recruiting team members and suggest and deliver improvements for effective recruiting strategies and best practices
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews, employee verifications, and additional pre-screening functions as determined between recruiter and Recruiting Manager
  • Collaborate with regional recruiting staff as well as the Corporate recruiting team to ensure all recruiting goals are met
