About The Position

As a Staff Product Manager at AiPrise, you'll shape the direction for a major area of our compliance platform, making difficult tradeoffs under ambiguity that influence multiple teams. You'll own the direction of a major product area, make hard tradeoffs under ambiguity, and raise the bar for how product management is done across the company.

Requirements

  • 6–12+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shaping strategy and driving execution across multiple teams or a major product domain.
  • Proven experience owning and shipping products end-to-end in fintech, compliance, or developer-facing products.
  • Comfortable evaluating and adopting new technologies to improve product speed, quality, and outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with engineering on model-driven or automated decisioning systems.
  • Strong technical background — you can debug an API integration with an engineer and reason about system tradeoffs.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven: you can land in a new domain, get up to speed quickly, and drive outcomes without hand-holding.
  • Holds the line on priorities under pressure from customers and internal partners.

Responsibilities

  • Shape product direction for a major product area, making difficult tradeoffs under ambiguity that influence multiple teams.
  • Create a multi-year product strategy across your domain and align stakeholders around a shared vision.
  • Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously, anticipating risks and resolving blockers before they stall delivery.
  • Improve execution across teams through disciplined planning, prioritization, and measurement.
  • Develop deep expertise in customer behavior, product performance, and data trends to shape strategy.
  • Use data to influence cross-functional decisions and uncover new product opportunities.
  • Influence leaders across multiple organizations and raise the quality of product management company-wide, mentoring PMs and sharing frameworks that elevate the broader team.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and keep teams aligned on progress, tradeoffs, and decisions.
  • Conduct customer interviews and translate insights into product requirements and strategy.
  • Partner directly with enterprise and strategic accounts, including running demos and executive-level conversations.
