Staff Product Manager

Clarium
$160,000 - $200,000Remote

About The Position

Clarium is seeking a Staff Product Manager to join its growing product organization. This role is crucial for building the product infrastructure to match the company's ambition. The Staff PM will own a significant product domain within Astra OS, Clarium's AI-powered platform that provides hospitals with end-to-end visibility into their supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, design, data, and customer-facing teams to drive clarity and execution in a dynamic environment. This is a hands-on role where the individual will be deeply involved in the product development process from discovery through delivery, treating their tech lead as a true thought partner. The position offers the opportunity to shape the product-led organization's foundation.

Requirements

  • Strong product sense and problem-solving skills, with a consistent focus on delivering business and customer value, not just shipping features
  • Proven ability to lead discovery, define requirements, and bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces
  • Track record of strong execution in complex environments: removing roadblocks, making thoughtful tradeoffs, and keeping teams moving
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with engineering, you should see your tech lead as a thought partner, not a delivery resource
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment where the playbook isn't written yet
  • Experience in healthcare technology, particularly with enterprise workflows and complex system integrations
  • Familiarity with what it takes to drive change within large healthcare organizations — this is not an easy audience
  • Enterprise product management
  • Healthcare workflows
  • Cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Discovery & requirements definition

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience integrating with Epic or other large enterprise healthcare systems
  • Experience building AI-powered products or working on agentic tooling
  • Background at a company selling into top health systems
  • Epic integrations
  • AI / LLM product development
  • Agentic workflows

Responsibilities

  • Own a core product domain end-to-end from discovery and requirements definition through delivery and iteration
  • Partner closely with engineering leads throughout the product development process, involving them early and often in customer conversations and solutioning
  • Go deep with customers and internal stakeholders to uncover root problems and translate ambiguity into clear, well-reasoned product direction
  • Remove roadblocks, make tradeoffs, and keep work moving forward in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment
  • Balance input across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive aligned, high-quality outcomes
  • Contribute to building out Clarium's product practice; processes, norms, and ways of working that don't yet fully exist

Benefits

  • Incentive Stock Options proportionate to your salary
  • Fully remote, with a NYC co-working space available; distributed team across multiple time zones with opportunities for in-person time
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Top-tier health, vision, and dental benefits

  • The opportunity to build on a strong foundational team with deep data and engineering roots at a stage where your work genuinely shapes the product

  • The chance to empower frontline healthcare workers by automating the administrative friction in their day-to-day
  • Collaborative work alongside a high-caliber team of clinicians, engineers, and revenue leaders
