About The Position

The Staff Product Manager will explore new focus areas for value creation, develop long-term visions, and articulate problem statements and hypotheses. This role involves guiding team members towards prototypes, effectively communicating product strategy, vision, and unit economics. The position requires understanding "Go-to-Market" strategies and levers for user adoption. Key areas of focus include Product Vision and Strategy, Data Driven Product Decisions, In-Depth Domain Knowledge, Technology Orientation, Product Roadmap and Development, Driving Customer/ Client Needs, and managing software product strategy and solutions for identified business problems within the Supply Chain, Inventory, and Retail domains. The role involves conducting case studies, developing technology product roadmaps, gathering business requirements, analyzing customer and systems interactions, prioritizing backlogs, providing user experience feedback, performing user acceptance testing, and communicating product development status.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus 7 years of experience in product management or a related field; OR Master’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Experience managing software product strategy and solutions for identified business problems, including Warehouse Management, Inventory and Retail domain Systems for end-to-end Supply Chain.
  • Experience conducting case studies, assessments and defining objectives/ key performance indicators for technology product solutions.
  • Experience developing and enhancing software products by managing technology product roadmaps aligned to short- and long-term strategy, including software product builds for the retail business domain on Forward and Reverse logistics supporting Fulfillment and Returns network operations.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements through user interviews, workshops, joint application development sessions other elicitation methods.
  • Experience analyzing customer and systems interaction to define end-to-end data flows through the technology product, for data mapping needs, data analytics and translate appropriately for visualization.
  • Experience prioritizing business requirements and technology product backlogs for systems development.
  • Experience providing user experience feedback and screen flow guidelines to develop user interfaces for technology products and applications.
  • Experience performing user acceptance testing and managing rollout of prioritized features for software products – new application builds as well as system enhancements.
  • Experience communicating software product development status updates and rollout plans to stakeholders.
  • Experience measuring software product results against key performance indicators to define requirements for improvements and upgrades.
