About The Position

EvolutionIQ is hiring an experienced Staff Product Designer to shape new product experiences around emerging technology in the complex insurance claims management space. The role focuses on defining how customers interact with agentic products, including what systems automate, explain, or leave under human control, and how products earn user trust. The designer will act as a thought partner to Product and Engineering, bringing clarity to high-stakes, ambiguous problems. They will frame questions, align partners and clients, and guide decisions that advance product and business goals. As an individual contributor, they will demonstrate exceptional design craft and elevate the work of those around them. The position leads strategic vision and experience architecture across an evolving platform. It includes designing human-agent interactions, creating reusable agentic patterns and design-system foundations, conducting client discovery, and validating concepts through prototyping and usability testing. The designer will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to balance user needs, AI/ML capabilities, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements. The base salary range is $210,000–$230,000, with flexibility based on background and experience. Compensation also includes an annual bonus plan and company equity plan (RSUs). The company offers medical, dental, vision, disability, life and AD&D insurance, 401(k) matching, family, wellness and pet benefits, paid time off and sick leave, paid parental leave, a flexible schedule for new parents returning to work, catered lunches, happy hours, pet-friendly spaces, a monthly technology stipend, and professional development and tuition reimbursement support. EvolutionIQ is open to sponsoring candidates currently in the U.S. who need to transfer an active visa, subject to applicability.
