About The Position
Clinical Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Staff Pharmacist – Walmart Central Clinical Pharmacy. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance patient care and improve quality measures through comprehensive medication reviews and therapy management, all within a dynamic call center environment. This full-time salaried role works 40 hours per week. Our Clinical Services team operates at the heart of Walmart's mission to improve patient healthcare outcomes. By integrating medication management and comprehensive medical reviews, we ensure our patients receive optimal therapeutic results. This role is pivotal in achieving our overarching goal of delivering exceptional pharmacy services and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Active pharmacist license in the state of Texas, with the willingness to obtain additional licenses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Expertise in prescription verification and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills for effective patient and team interactions.
- Experience in providing direction to pharmacy technicians.
- Licensed as a pharmacist in good standing in state of practice.
