Job Purpose This position performs professional, clinical tasks that ensure the highest quality of pharmaceutical care and results for optimal patient care. Methodist Midlothian Medical Center is the first full-service, acute care hospital in Midlothian, Texas. Serving Midlothian and northern Ellis County, we are a 46-bed hospital that is designed to expand as the community grows. Providing everything from emergency care and advanced surgery to imaging and labor and delivery, our hospital has 16 emergency department beds, two operating suites, and the latest digital and medical technologies. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Licensed as a registered pharmacist in the United States, or current Texas State Board of Pharmacy or eligible within 90 days of hire.
- ACPE Accredited Sterile Compounding Certification or meets any TSBP regulation regarding sterile compounding.
- 3 or more years of pharmacy work experience required (inclusive of residency training, PGY1 = 2yrs experience, PGY2 = 2yrs experience )
