About The Position

Main Line HealthCare is seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse for its Primary Care practice in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. The nurse will join a dedicated team providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients across the lifespan. The role supports patients through clinical triage, care coordination, patient education, medication refill management, preventive care follow-up, and ongoing communication to help create a seamless care experience. This is a 40-hour-per-week, day-shift position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with no weekends or holidays. Position-specific benefits include up to 160 hours of paid time per year, based on full- or part-time status, employee discounts, and free employee parking.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited ASN or BSN nursing program.
Current Pennsylvania RN license.
Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Nice To Haves

Experience in an ambulatory clinical nursing setting, primary care practice, family medicine, internal medicine, or outpatient office environment.
Strong telephone triage experience and comfort supporting patients with acute concerns, chronic condition management, preventive care needs, and follow-up care coordination.
Experience with medication refills, care gap closure, patient education, care coordination, and knowledge of insurance-related processes.
