Collaboration and expertise in cloud automation, network protocols, and continuous integration pipelines ensure robust, scalable security solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in network design, maintenance, and issue resolution aligned with industry standards and business needs.
  • Strong knowledge of coding standards, scripting, and automation tools to support continuous integration and delivery processes.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and GCP, including infrastructure as code and cloud automation.
  • Ability to analyze network performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize availability and reliability.
  • Familiarity with security standards and telemetry implementation to enhance system monitoring and risk mitigation.
  • Skilled in collaborating across teams to drive scalable, secure, and high-availability network solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 4 years’ experience in network engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
  • 6 years’ experience in network engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Security+, Network+, GISF, GSEC, CISSP, or CCSP
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related area and 2 years’ experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and joining efforts to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
