Staff MBSE Engineer
About The Position
SRC, Inc. is seeking a Staff Model Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) to support NASIC in developing simulatable data models using MBSE software tools such as Cameo/MagicDraw and System Modeling Language (SysML) 2.0. SRC is a not-for-profit research and development company working in defense, environment, and intelligence. The role is based out of Dayton, Ohio. The anticipated annual salary range is $113,000 to $150,000, with actual compensation depending on experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering or a related field.
- Eight or more years of experience.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Nice To Haves
- Strong systems engineering foundation.
- Experience with Cameo/MagicDraw.
- Experience with SysML 2.0.
- Familiarity with AI/ML models to process and analyze large datasets.
- Previous Intelligence Community or Department of Defense program or project experience.
- Technical leadership experience.
- Experience with AFSIM.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance baseline threat models.
- Document the development process.
- Coordinate with intelligence analysts and modeling and simulation professionals.
- Verify and validate model functionality and performance.
