About The Position

SRC, Inc. is seeking a Senior Model Based Systems Engineer to support NASIC in developing simulatable data models using MBSE software tools such as Cameo/MagicDraw and SysML 2.0. The role is based in Fairborn, Ohio, and requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. The position is full-time and salaried, with 10% travel. The anticipated annual salary range is $93,000 to $128,000; actual compensation varies based on experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering or a related field.
• Four or more years of experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

• Familiarity with AI/ML models used to process and analyze large datasets.
• Previous IC or DoD program/project work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance baseline threat models.
• Document the model development process.
• Coordinate with intelligence analysts and modeling and simulation professionals.
• Verify and validate model functionality and performance.
