About The Position

Partner with Procurement leadership and other team members to manage GOQ financial and accounting activities. The role includes strategic analysis for key customers, contract review, internal and external audit engagement, SOX compliance, month-end close, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a results-driven approach, strong teamwork, the ability to manage multiple topics, excellent communication skills, a positive outlook, and the confidence to speak up and make recommendations in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

Professional experience in finance and/or accounting.
Strong communication skills and experience working with international teams.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively.
Ability to lead teams in a cross-functional setting.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and consolidate quarterly close activities with the finance team.
Calculate amortization.
Review contracts.
Create slides for accounting reviews and the financial results package.
Conduct strategic deal analysis.
Own exit call evaluation and variance analysis.
Create and implement scalable business mechanisms to support data-driven decisions.
Build business rhythm processes that help leaders understand progress toward goals and provide strategic insights to guide overall direction.
Proactively perform ad hoc analysis and present findings to senior leadership.
