About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and people-centric HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle and partner closely with business leaders to drive a high-performing, engaged workforce. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring the effective delivery of HR programs while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The ideal candidate brings strong HR generalist experience, sound judgment in employee relations, and the ability to translate people insights into actionable recommendations that support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with a strong background as a senior HR generalist role.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting leaders and employees across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational change.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply local, state, and federal labor laws, ensure compliance, and recommend best practices aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong capability to act as a trusted advisor to management by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, using data-driven insights, and influencing decision-making at multiple levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and complex employee issues with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

  • An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support culture-building programs.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Partner with COEs (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver HR programs effectively.
  • Provide HR insights and data to leadership to support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
