About The Position

We’re looking for someone who can influence Managers and Employees to successful outcomes within the boundaries of company policy and DLL’s values and who thrives in such a vital role. In this position, you’ll not only respond to reported issues, but will also look for ways to support DLL’s members proactively through change, conflict, and even ethical situations. Handling thorny, tricky situations with good judgment and a deep desire to support for best outcomes will be all over your work history as an HR professional. You’ll work in close partnership with HR Business Partners embedded in the business, the DLL Legal team, and DLL members at every level of skill and tenure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in various HR Functions, including employee relations

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred SHRM CP Certification
  • Preferred Investigation Certification

Responsibilities

  • Influence Managers and Employees toward successful outcomes in conflict situations.
  • Handle Employee Relations cases including behavioral or performance concerns and assisting managers with corrective process.
  • Respond to reports of harassment or discrimination
  • Effectively, accurately, and confidentially maintain all HR /ER Data
  • Lead monthly or quarterly meetings with Managers and Team Leads on employee relations topics, propose action plans, and help implement action effectively.
  • Feet on the ground local training and facilitation of programs that are developed from the L&D group locally or globally.
  • Conduct exit interviews and compile and provide feedback on trends
  • Advise members and managers on policy and intervene when necessary for sabbatical, STD/FMLA, member questions about policy, severance preparation in partnership with HRBP
  • Maintain policies on harassment, code of conduct, complaint policy, and disciplinary action policy.
  • Support various change management initiatives
  • Execute terminations related to ER cases
  • All other duties as assigned
