In this position, you’ll not only respond to reported issues, but will also look for ways to support DLL’s members proactively through change, conflict, and even ethical situations. Handling thorny, tricky situations with good judgment and a deep desire to support for best outcomes will be all over your work history as an HR professional. You’ll work in close partnership with HR Business Partners embedded in the business, the DLL Legal team, and DLL members at every level of skill and tenure.
