About The Position

Velox Valuations First Coast is seeking driven appraisers to join their team and capitalize on the upcoming UAD 3.6 transition. The company provides data-driven tools, training, and support to help appraisers master the new URAR structure. This is an opportunity to turn a regulatory change into a financial gain, with immediate openings in Sarasota/Manatee/Charlotte and Brevard/Indian River/Saint Lucie areas. Velox Valuations offers support with geographic competency, tech integration, and UAD 3.6 readiness. They emphasize maintaining appraiser independence while handling administrative tasks, allowing appraisers to set their own schedules and choose assignments. Requirements

Active Certified Residential Appraiser
Embrace and complete modern collaborative valuations
Motivated Self-starter with high energy
Efficient time management & results driven
Strong communication skills with attention to detail
Geographic competency in real estate trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
Work schedule flexibility to accommodate client/borrower needs
Ability to complete physical property inspections
No current or pending state disciplinary actions
Successfully meet/exceed monthly minimum production
