About The Position

A well-established real estate appraisal firm is seeking a certified real estate appraiser to prepare market value appraisals for residential properties. The appraiser analyzes property information and market trends and prepares accurate, detailed appraisal reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations. The position is part-time and based in San Diego, California. Compensation includes 60% of revenue generated for each completed order, plus a $50 incentive for every order completed beyond 35 in a calendar month. Travel-related expenses are reimbursed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or associate degree in a related field.
Certified real estate appraiser in good standing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience completing residential appraisal assignments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with appraisal software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel to different locations for property inspections.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities
