As a Staff Analog Design Engineer at Analog Devices, you will lead the design and development of complex analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, with significant latitude to solve challenging technical problems. You will provide technical leadership on critical projects, contribute to architectural decisions, mentor less experienced engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role calls for deep technical expertise and broader business understanding to drive innovation and successful product delivery across multiple applications and markets. The position involves designing and developing circuits such as sensor interfaces, data converters, multiplexers, active and passive filters, and power distribution systems. You will perform block- and transistor-level design, simulation, evaluation, and debugging, and help ensure performance across process, voltage, and temperature variations. The role also includes contributing to project proposals, staffing decisions, and budget forecasts. Travel is required 10% of the time, and the position is a first-shift/day role. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices may need to obtain export licensing approval. Applicants other than U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) may be subject to an export licensing review. Analog Devices is an equal opportunity employer.
