Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to obtain accounting designations/certifications as set forth by the organization’s education plan.

Responsibilities

• Updating daily bank activity for multiple cash accounts
• Recording of cash receipts for commission payments
• Daily reconciliation of Direct Bill commissions
• Efficient in data entry and sharp attention to detail
• Assist in the depositing of daily checks
• Assist with vendor payables
• Maintaining compliance with all accounting department services standards and procedures
• Working together with the team and with other departments
• Volunteering to back up and/or assist others as needed
• Completing special projects as requested by the manager
• Managing PTO to work with departmental needs
• Displaying commitment and initiative to meet department and agency education goals as set forth in the organization’s education program
