About The Position

This role involves reviewing, maintaining, and analyzing various accounting areas within Corporate Financial Reporting departments. The primary goal is to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a major or concentration in Accounting is required.
• Effective analytical, interpersonal, communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Nice To Haves

• Accounting internship in either public accounting or corporate environment is preferred.
• Working towards CPA license is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools (such as Claude or CoPilot) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly close journal entries for assigned areas in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principals.
• Ensure monthly close process for assigned areas is performed accurately and timely.
• Review and maintain documentation for assigned areas in the trial balances/general ledger.
• Analyze results, transactions, and/or financial statements monthly.
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial reporting information to internal personnel.
• Assist in the preparation and review of the annual budget and quarterly forecast updates for assigned areas.
• Participate in special projects, as assigned.
