About The Position

Radwell International is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and analytical Staff Accountant to join our Accounting team at our Corporate Headquarters in New Jersey. This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting while supporting key accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives across the organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and GAAP.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, or financial analysis.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
  • CPA certification or CPA track is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform month-end close activities, reporting, and account reconciliations to support timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze General Ledger account reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity.
  • Complete regular bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies as needed.
  • Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
  • Participate in financial and operational audits, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP and internal reporting standards.
  • Conduct project-based financial analysis and deliver meaningful reporting insights to management.
  • Identify, recommend, and support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness within accounting operations.
  • Assist with special projects and other accounting-related duties as assigned.
