About The Position

Allstate Leasing and Rental is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lease Billing Administrator to join our growing team. This full-time, onsite position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for all Lease Sales activity. If you’re energized by unraveling complex problems and seeing patterns where others see noise, this role was built for you. As a Staff Accountant, you won’t be pushing the same buttons day after day—no two transactions, deals, or situations are ever quite alike. Each set of numbers tells a story, and you’ll be the one interpreting it, challenging assumptions, and bringing clarity to complexity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys critical thinking, asking why, and solving financial puzzles that don’t always come with a clear set of instructions.

Requirements

Previous titling experience is a plus
Prior automotive dealership experience is beneficial
Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

Receive and process new leases, terminations, and extensions submitted by the Sales department
Prepare and submit contract funding accurately and on time
Maintain and update logs, reports, and customer transaction records
Perform deal costing in coordination with accounting
Handle titling and licensing documentation
Multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
Support additional accounting functions and business processes as assigned
