The Staff Accountant is responsible for performing daily activities of the accounting function at the Pensacola Bay Center by performing the following duties: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Prepares payroll in a timely and accurate manner, includes recording, processing, maintaining payroll controls, records, and support Accounts Payable invoice entry and payment processing Accounts Receivable invoicing Account reconciliation of multiple GL accounts Assist in maintaining internal audit controls Assist Finance staff with administrative duties as requested Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
