Requirements
- Expertise in managing employee relations and compliance.
- 5+ years of experience in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Exposure to workplace investigations and workers' compensation.
- Working knowledge of Tennessee employment laws.
- BS in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
